Pre-Hiring Mediation Is Becoming Standard Practice
In the past few years, the obvious Hatzlocho of those who underwent some form of pre-hiring mediation has become too obvious to ignore...
Without mediation, prior to starting our shlichus, I am not sure our shlichus would have been long lasting. By using Rabbi Herman as a mediator, the difficult conversations became much easier and there was a sense of clarity of roles. I strongly suggest you consider using mediation before and after moving out on Shlichus.
